Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GloSnap ("the Service"), operated by SIA Billy, Ulbrokas 23, Riga, Latvia (reg. 40203676674).

1. The service

GloSnap generates AI headshots from a single selfie. You upload a photo, select a style, and receive a generated headshot. The service is provided on a pay-per-use basis via credits.

2. Account

You must create an account to generate headshots. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

3. Credits and payments

• Credits are purchased in packs (3, 10, or 30 credits).
• One credit = one headshot generation.
• Credits do not expire.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical failures only.
• Payments are processed by Polar/Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

4. Your content

• You retain all rights to your uploaded photos and generated headshots.
• You grant us a limited license to process your photo solely to generate the headshot.
• Your uploaded selfie is processed in memory and never stored.
• Generated headshots are stored encrypted in your account until you delete them.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Use the service to create deceptive or fraudulent identity documents.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or generation pipeline.
• Abuse the API rate limits or attempt to circumvent security measures.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content.

6. AI-generated content

Headshots are generated by AI and may contain imperfections. We do not guarantee that every generation will be suitable for your intended use. The output is a creative work derived from your input, not a photograph.

7. Intellectual property

The GloSnap brand, website, and technology are owned by SIA Billy. The generated headshots are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes without restriction.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia, unless EU consumer protection law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
